Jacksboro Elementary School hosted guests from Forestburg, Graham, Archer City, and Region 9 ESC for Instructional Rounds on October 28, 2024. These guest educators were looking for ideas that they could take back to their own classrooms in our neighboring districts. After visiting classrooms in PreK through 5th grade, they noted many things they loved including: welcoming classroom settings, lots of positive reinforcement, seamless transitions through routines and procedures, wonderful classroom economies that reinforcement financial literacy, probing questions that encouraged a growth mindset and high expectations.
It's a GREAT day to be a TIGER!
