Congratulations to Juaquin Ortis. Juaquin has been selected as a Welch Scholar at the University of Texas. The Welch Scholars Program provides complete funding for up to four years, covering the full tuition and living expenses for all students in the program.

Congrats to Jocelyn Santillana. She is one of the students selected for the Texas Leadership Scholars Program. There were only 250 students in Texas selected for this full-ride scholarship to the school of their choice. Amazing job, Jocelyn!

Emma Gass was selected to be a part of the Hagan Scholarship Program. The Hagan Scholarship provides $2,000 to help purchase essential items for college, up to $7,500 each semester for up to 8 consecutive semesters, workshops to learn important life skills. Great Job!

Maisy Scanlan has been selected as part of the Smith Hudson Program for Sam Houston State University. The Smith-Hutson Freshman Scholarship is a completer scholarship with a recipient being awarded up to $20,000 a year, for four years. Congratulations Maisy!

Brooke McCurry spent her summer learning new ideas from Building Thinking Classrooms in order to provide greater learning opportunities in her Algebra classes. Her students are thriving and we look forward to seeing them grow as thinkers.
