Brooke McCurry spent her summer learning new ideas from Building Thinking Classrooms in order to provide greater learning opportunities in her Algebra classes. Her students are thriving and we look forward to seeing them grow as thinkers.

We want to thank Chad "Sticks" Johnson for his dedication to our percussion sections. His leadership is much appreciated by the "drummer parents."

I want to thank Overland Contracting for their donation of coats for the children on the Angel Tree. OCI has reached out multiple times to support our schools and we are grateful for their support.

We are all so thankful that Brandon Carpenter joined our staff. He has brought so much FUN to learning and the events at JMS.

Grace Peterson from Woodshed Works Gifts and Flowers has blessed our staff again. She has created a tradition of welcoming us back each year to school and we are so thankful.

We want to thank Ken Swan for 15 years of service to our JISD Board of Trustees. Your leadership has been valuable.

Mrs. Martha Salmon is a proud JHS graduate. After a career of educational advocacy, Mrs. Salmon now leads our JISD School Board as President.
